overseas. Through the Company's London-based Lloyds Broker
affiliate, clients have gained access to worldwide insurance
markets, including the UK, Asia and the USA.
At DGA we place great emphasis on building and maintaining relationships

managing your corporate, commercial and domestic insurance requirements.
Our directors and senior management have many years industry experience
in both broking and underwriting, and are actively involved in day
to day operations.
As our client base has grown, both in Australia and internationally,
so too has our expertise within different industry segments. DGA's

force behind the Company's innovation and expansion into new markets.

An important part of our business is our general insurance broking
service for the corporate sector, including both private and public
listed organisations. DGA has been servicing the corporate market
since our inception and has established a strong representation
in its field. As testament to the hands on approach of the Company's
Directors, most new business is a direct result of referrals from
satisfied clients who have experienced DGA's one-on-one service.
The Company continues to develop specialist expertise in several
core lines of business, which are not typically serviced by large
mass market insurance companies. It is this alignment with specialist
markets that has enabled DGA to focus on attention to detail in
servicing its clients, across a select range of insurance packages.
DGA has established a high profile within the transport industry,
with large national carriers running fleets of vehicles across the
country, through to state based road transport companies among our
clients. We have attracted many transport companies into this portfolio
over the years, due largely to the strength of our reputation in
this field. DGA also has many satisfied clients in manufacturing
and key industrial areas.
Some of the other specialist packages which DGA has developed with
strategic partners include insurance packages tailored for off-road
and 4WD enthusiasts. In 1984 DGA was appointed as broker of the
ARB Corporation, which is a leader in the field of manufacture and
supply of 4WD accessories and equipment. Growth in the 4WD recreational
market has been considerable in the last few years, and DGA's customised
policies will continue to serve this expanding client base.
The DGA Australian Houseboat scheme is another DGA innovation,
catering for the unique requirements of the Houseboat and cruiser
market.
General Insurance Services - DGA offers its clients a range of
services in addition to its core insurance broking products. These
have been developed specifically to meet the evolving needs of its
clients, and further make their experience with the Company a satisfying
and beneficial one.
The services include Risk Management, Loss Control, Workers' Compensation
premium and claims reviews, and of course a Claims Management service.
